tuition and fees

Our program meets Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm, September through May, with breaks for Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter. You can see our Year-at-a-Glace schedule here.

2025-2026 Tuition                                       $330/month 

Tuition is due by the 15th of the previous month (ex. October tuition is due September 15). Although the program is intended to be a year-long commitment, an annual contract is not required. However, we do require a 30-day advance written notice if withdrawing from the program. 

We are an approved vendor with Monarch River and Yosemite Valley Charter Schools. Multi-student discounts are available for private-pay families. Tuition can be paid in person by cash or check, or online through our website. Please note, online payments will incur a service fee. There are no refunds for vacations or absences.

There is a $50 non-refundable application fee, per student. This is not covered with charter funds.
